I’ve tried all kinds of stick-on speakers so I can listen to music or audiobooks on my motorbike. Some don’t have enough power to overcome the noise of the wind and the bike on the highway. Some are so flimsy that they break very soon – especially the wires.

Since the inside lining of the helmet is a soft material, the sticky back of the speakers don’t hold so I got some Velcro and made one-inch patches stuck to the lining and to the back of the speaker. Now the speakers stay in place, the sound is great – plenty of power – and the device is easy to manipulate while you’re driving.
