Warranty

 

If you want to return your product under warranty, please, follow our instructions:

  • SEND US A FORM or email at wecare@fodsports.com for troubleshooting.
  • All Fodsports intercoms will automatically get a standard warranty from the purchase date. (Notice: Accessories are not eligible for this policy.) Register your product on Fodsports official web to get a additional 6 months free warranty.
  • If the product is within the warranty period, Fodsports Technical Support will provide the customer with an RMA number. Please always Contact Us prior to returning the items by submitting a ticket to obtain an R.M.A form (Return Merchandize Authorization) with the related address.
  • Our Customer Support specialists will help you by either fixing the existing product or proceeding with a replacement.

In case of a replacement:

  • Customer will be asked to ship back the product according to our return policy guidelines.
  • After receiving the product to our fulfillment center, we will inspect if there is any technical issue with the product and will give a report with options of replacement or a refund according to our return policy guideline.

The warranty won’t be covered if:

  • There is any physical damage with any item in the package;
  • The unit was opened from inside and there was a repair attempt;
  • The customer is not providing any proof of the malfunction.
  • The customer is not providing the proof of purchase (i.e. email, invoice).

Return & Refund Policy

 

You can return any item for a refund/replacement within 30 days of receiving your original order.

To qualify for a refund, you must first contact our customer service team to request a return authorization within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note that we are not responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.

You will need to email Customer Service the following information:

·         The case number provided by our Customer Service team

·         A copy of the invoice provided by Fodsports

·         A picture of the boxed product, with its Serial Number visible

Once available, and the product is shipped back to Fodsports warehouse, Please send Customer Service the tracking information of the shipment.

Please note – returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged), in the original package and its contents, all accessories originally received with your purchase must be included.

Additional terms and conditions:

                • Shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.

                • You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges.

                • If you wish to cancel your order and the parcel has already been shipped, you will need to receive the parcel and ship it back to the Fodsports warehouse.

                • Refunds will be issued upon receiving the parcel in the Fodsports warehouse.

The return process may take from 2 to 6 weeks once we get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, and complete your refund.
